Terms of Service
Welcome to Fire n Grind Mobile Roastery. By using our website (firengrind.com) or buying our coffee, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
About us
Fire n Grind Mobile Roastery is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster based in Gilbert, Arizona. We sell whole-bean coffee online and at events, offer private label roasting services, and operate The Coffee Truck for events.
Products and pricing
We do our best to display accurate product information, prices, and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices, products, or availability at any time without notice. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we’ll contact you before charging your card.
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipped within Arizona.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation email. Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, address verification failures, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order after charging, we’ll refund you in full.
Shipping and delivery
Coffee is roasted to order in small batches. Most orders ship within 2-5 business days of order placement, depending on our roast schedule.
We offer:
- Local pickup in the East Valley (free, scheduled weekly)
- USPS shipping nationwide ($8 flat rate, free shipping on orders over $60)
Once a package is handed to USPS, delivery times are out of our control. We’re not responsible for carrier delays.
Returns and refunds
Coffee is a perishable food product. For food safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns once coffee has been shipped or picked up.
However, we stand behind our roasts. If something goes wrong:
- Damaged in shipping: Contact us within 3 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund.
- Wrong item received: Contact us within 7 days. We’ll send the correct item or refund.
- Quality concern: Email us. We’re a small-batch roaster and we want to make it right.
Email hello@firengrind.com to start a return or refund request.
