About
Roasted with intention
My journey started traveling through Latin American coffee regions in my early 20s, and evolved from roasting on a Whirly Pop to working as a professional barista to building Fire n Grind. Today we roast on an Aillio Bullet R2 Pro, sourcing ethically grown beans and roasting in small batches to bring out what makes each origin special.
